I started out trying to get a loan with a loan officer named Bill, he never returned calls and was very unprofessional! He left or got fired (thank goodness) and had a wonderful expierence with Paul. I got the loan, moved all my accounts…

Poor Communication, Checks routinely lost, high turnover of loan officers - all resulting in extra costs for me. Sure the counter staff are friendly - but I really believe your money will be safer elsewhere.
